Traditional Thai massage :
      An amazing synthesis of many techniques leaning pressure, reflexology, energy line work, stretching and yoga.  To achieve all of these effects, we use palms, thumbs, feet, elbows, forearms, and knees, to give a massage than therapists in any other modality. This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension an in crease in vitality and well – being.

Thai Herbal massage :
      Similar to the Traditional Thai massage with the addition of steamed herbal compresses applied directly to the body. The relaxing aroma and direct application of the herbal bundles combine to eliminate the stiffness and pain of overworked muscles while helping to wipe away daily stress.

Aroma Thai massage :
     The incorporates light to medium pressure, long strokes and kneading to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles and stimulate circulation.  Combination massage combines the benefits of the invigorating, Thai massage and the relaxing Swedish massage.

Reflexology :
      We use special thumb and finger techniques to work on small areas, or reflexes, on the feet.  These reflex areas are connected to different part of the body, so that in working overall the reflexes on the feet you are in fact affecting the entire body.  The main benefit of reflexology is relaxation, but it also improves the blood supply and the functioning of nerve impulses.
